Dear Carlos,
our relational database management system is MySql.
If you are interested in our software for publishing macroseismic data on the web in general, I can tell you that we are planning to release everything with a public licence in the near future (before the end of the year, I cannot be more precise, sorry).
Obviously this task needs a lot of time, especially for the documentation side of the project.
If you are interested I can keep a note about your email and I'll let you know when the package will be ready.
